Our Help Desk will use our systems management tools to remote into your environment while they have you on the phone and work with you to solve your problems. If we cannot fix the problem remotely a technician will be dispatched to your office, in most cases on that same day, to solve your problem.
We have a depot of parts available so that we do not need to wait for replacement parts from most manufacturers but can instead replace them on that same day. If we have to wait for more than 48 hours for a replacement part, MTSI will provide a loaner computer until the necessary parts have been replaced.
